Clean Down at Manual Tool Change
Whenever a quick change tool holder is removed from the tool post and replaced by another, clean away all swarf from the tool post and holder. A 25mm paint brush is ideal for the purpose. This is to avoid any misalignment which might be caused if swarf is trapped between the tool post and tool holder.
