Check Internal and Other Tool Paths with WELturn
Before attempting to turn a part, do a dry run in Simulation mode or with the lathe controller disabled.
To disable the controller go to File - Settings and uncheck the box labelled Use Lathe Controller.
The on-screen machining of the part will show if there is anything wrong with the tool paths, especially if a rapid movement makes a tool foul the part.
