Machine Light
The mill table and tool need good illumination. Two low voltage halogen machine lamps on top of the mill casing, one either side of the milling head, work very well.

These Worklights come with a "continental" plug which fits the two mains sockets on the back of the mill control cabinet. The Worklight base can be screwed to the mill cabinet or the optional magnetic mount can be used to secure the light. Do whatever conforms to your organisation's and also national legislation safety requirements.
Private users may like to try a cheaper solution. B&Q, HomeBase and other DIY stores sometimes have inexpensive low voltage halogen desk lights with flexible "swan" necks. Two of these on the mill cabinet, either side of the milling head, give good illumination of the mill table and tool. Their bases are heavy enough to stay put but Velcro could be used to ensure they remain in place.
